Platform was good, took about 2 years to sell my dress however we got there in the end. When it came to selling the dress, you needed to link a paypal account to receive the payment however this part shouldve been explained at the start due to account set up restrictions with paypal. Stillwhite should prompt you sellers to create a paypal account when they put a dress up for sale and then your account is set up and not marked as suspcious. Happy to give more feedback on this.

I guess it's hard for you to control how people post things but there were huge inconsistencies between what people posted as the dress label size and the actual size. I contacted one boutique that said the dress was label size 10. When I got there it was Street size 10, label size 14. The dress i ended up buying from another person said brand new, label size 10. It looked more like a sample dress than an actual brand new and the label size was 12. That makes the site so much harder to go through. As well as the pictures shifting frequently.

This was a great experience - in terms of the platform. Easy to use and very thorough in the process and communication. This was a complicated sale as the seller was in Australia and buyer in the US / east coast. The seller was super communicative and helpful. We ultimately decided to have her mail it through Australia’s post. It took about a month - which we anticipated but the tracking from her postal service to the US lost connection the last 3 weeks that made it a little difficult for us to know where it was. All in all, the dress arrived. It’s beautiful and just as it was described. I’m thrilled and very thankful.
